A plant nerd through and through!

Kayah attended Melbourne Polytechnic 2024-25 and studied a certificate III in Horticulture after years of career hopping - from creative arts, to nursery work, now to owning her own business!

Taken under wing by a master of rose pruning, she was mentored to have a deep understanding and appreciation for the artform of pruning as a whole - especially roses. This mentor was her teacher at Melbourne Polytechnic, who saw potential in the detail orientated personality that Kayah proved she has.

Feeling more at home in the dirt, Kayah strives for high quality care in her practice of garden maintenance. A deep passion for native biodiversity and sustainable balance in the garden drives Kayah to educate herself further - as it’s true, you never stop learning.

Kayah is passionate about environmentally conscious practices, and creating a connection between home gardens and nature. One of her core beliefs is finding a balance in how the garden serves you, and how you serve the garden.

My obsession is working amongst nature, and curating beautiful spaces within.

My deep love of gardening stems from growing up outdoorsy. Learning to understand the natural world around us is what drives my passion for horticulture.” - Kayah

Her knowledge of horticulture and cultural planting compliments the creative aspect of gardening in order to create and maintain sustainable, healthy and beautiful gardens that work for your landscape and soil sphere.
